The North Dakota Grain Growers Association is hosting a reception to celebrate its 50th anniversary. The event will run from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, November 16 at Sixteen 03 Main Events, 1603 East Main Ave. in Bismarck. The NDGGA will provide appetizers, and there will be a cash bar.

NDGGA President John Weinand says the event is a great opportunity to reflect on the decades of work the organization has done on behalf of North Dakota farmers. “It’s really a testament to an organization when you last 50 years, and you’re still doing a good job,” Weinand said. “Not only wheat and barley farmers, but all farmers in North Dakota have benefited and continue to benefit from the NDGGA.”

The event is free and open to all NDGGA members and friends. Anyone interested in attending is asked to RSVP to Dan Wogsland at danw@ndgga.com.
